ChartTrader and IB: PnL etc. not displayed

Hello,

after going "live" with Ninjatrader for the first time (on my IB sim account to try out first if it works as it should) I encountered a problem. I'm using charttrader for order entry. When a trade is executed, current position size, average position price and PnL are not displayed. Neither is the average position and PnL indicator on the chart. Stop loss and profit target orders are displayed and work perfectly well. The close button doesn't work. I have to hit buy or sell buttons to close a trade manually.

My configuration:

NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.14
TWS Build 901.3, Jan 4, 2010
TWS API 9.62
Windows XP SP2

Can anybody help me with this?

Thank you for your post.

One thing to do is install version 900 of TraderWorkStation which is the current supported version.
Uninstall the exisitng version from the control panel and then download version 900 by using the link below:

If you continue to have issues, could you mail your log and trace files to [email protected] and reference this thread:

thank you for answering so quickly.

I've installed TWS version 900 as suggested, but that has changed nothing, unfortunately. I've sent an email with the log and trace files to support@ninjatrader.
