Do you see any errors in the Log tab of the Control Center related to E7?

i am using zenfire as my data provider.........and in log it says E7 03-10 not supported

In the case of Zen-Fire, E7 is, unfortunately, not supported.

I get a live feed for E7 on Zenfire. However i do not get any historical data. Can you clarify whether this instrument is fully supported and functional.

Hello Lindsay,

Unfortunately the E7 is not supported on the historical data server, so you will not be able to load any historical data when connected to Zen-Fire.
