IQFeed connecting problem

Hello again,
I subscribed to the IQFeed trial & I setup the connection fine. However, when I click connect -> IqFeed, a box pops up that reads "IQ32.dll not found."

Can I correct this from within NinjaTrader or must I contact DTN?

Thank you for your post.

Can you please uninstall the DTN client API from the Windows Control Panel, and then please install the version from the following link.

http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/ninjatrader/DTN/iqfeed_client_4_7_0_5.exe

Then please remove, repair and recreate the connection within NinjaTrader.

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
