Yahoo connects but does not chart

Hello,
I connect to Yahoo just fine, but when I try to chart say AAPL nothing happens. I get a black chart screen.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

This most commonly occurs when charts in minute or tick intervals are used.
Keep in mind that Yahoo offers data in daily intervals only.

If you are not using a daily chart, please change to a daily chart and let me know if you still do not receive data.

If you are using a daily chart, please send me a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Thanks for the Quick Reply. My problem was indeed that I did not have daily data selected.
