Problem with AUDUSD feed from Gain

I'm running an automated strategy over multiple instruments connect to a Gain Forex.com live account. My problem is that I can't get any realtime data for AUDUSD. All other pairs seem to be ok. When I look at the Orders tab for $AUDUSD, the BId/Ask/Last all show n/a. Any Ideas?

Hi,

Can you check the Log tab in the control center and see if there are any error messages listed.

In addition, can you confirm you are using V6.5.1000.14 which you can check under Help--> About.

Yes I can confirm that the version is 6.5.1000.14. There are no errors shown in the log. I tried restarting NT but the problem is still there!

Were you able to receive Live data for the currency before and have you made any changes to it since the last time you received data for it?

In addition, would you mind resetting your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset instruments. It will reset all instruments to their default settings, so if you have any custom instruments they need to be set up again.

Yes I was able to receive live data for $AUDUSD previously, it just stopped working for some unknown reason. I'll try resetting the instruments to defaults, but I never changed them.
