saving historical data

deleted the data, no difference on the chart. still only goes back few days.
clicked on repair DB, didn't help either.
deleted the data again, shut down NT, reopened, same result.

Thank you for your reply.

After additional testing, it seems that TF data is available only as far back as 8/4/2009.
If data prior to this date is required, it would need to come from another data source.

hi sorry to bother you again with TF 09-08, i am trying to test the 11/08-2008 to 10/09-2008 period, i load a 3 minute chart i can view the entire period but it seems that it is not the correct data. there barely anything before 930est or after 1600 est, the volume is really low (the 930-933 bar less or around a 100 contract), lower then the same period EMD 09-08, there are small gaps intraday. When I open the 12-08 contract from september it is all good, the volume isthere, looks like a normal TF chart.
I tried to repair DB, + did what Kyle said about deleting and reconnecting to Zen-Fire.

Hello t_mac15,

I created a 3 minute chart for the TF 09-08 and data for the time period you mention is loaded as expected, see screenshot.

Unfortunately there is not much data before and after the regular trading hours.
