Order Chevron

The chevron which shows the position is not updating. It remains 0.00. the amounts are updating in the DOM but not on the chevron. I look at the chart so I need the chevron to update.

I tried repairing the database, no help.

I recognized that the thing I had changed lately was the evalution period. I was looking at CL on a 1 range bar. when i switched it back to 1 minute bars, the chevron corrected it self.

what is the problem?

I was also looking at eurusd on 1 range bar. when i switched the chart from 1 range bar to 1 minute bar and then back to 1 range bar the chevron starts to work again.

i would like to use the range bar, but cannot tolerate the inconsistency.

any ideas.

Thank you for your post.

Can you please reset your instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Then please recreate the chart for the chevron, and please let us know if the issue persists. If so can you please let me know the exact symbol you are attempting to view with range charts so that I can test the issue on my end.

Task you requested completed. No problems yet.

Like I said. When I switched back and forth between range bars and minute bars it started to function again. So too early to tell whether that was cause or what.
