Can you send me your log under Start menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.2010016.txt

In addition, please let me know what version of TWS you have installed, you need to be on TWS 900.

Also, please check if your computer meets our minimum requirements. I assume they do, but please check to make sure:
