    unable to login

    Hi
    20 minutes ago I lost my connection (Mirus). Now when I attempt to login I get the following message

    "Login failed: unable to login (1004)"

    Advise please

    Hi Lindsay,

    I think you sent a note to suppport as well which I just responded to. However here's the same response:

    Can you reboot your machine and see if that corrects things. If that doesn't work check your firewall settings, disable them and try the connection again.
