Market Replay won't work

Hey,
a friend of mine sent me the data files for January this year and I unzipped them into documents/ninjatrader 6.5/db/data , however I am unable to use market replay. When I go to File > Connect > Market Replay Connection, I can't see any days there. Also if I try to click on Market Replay Connection, nothing happens. I have restarted Ninja Trader a few times and this hasn't solved the issue.

Kevin, please ensure they are unzipped without extracting the original folder structure as this would throw off NT's replay data access.

Please open the MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\db\data folder and check that only folder names with a proper data are showing (i.e. 20100114 for today) an no other custom folder names. If needed recopy the the ntm and nt2 data files manually into the needed date folder for the recording date.

Then recheck if you can access dates as you go File > Connect > Market Replay > 'your custom date to connect to'
