Flashing Colour Alerts

With Alerts in Market Analyzer I can set the background and foreground colour..Is there a way of getting the colour to flash for say 15 secs when an event is true?

Unfortunately this is not supported as per color conditions in the Market Analyzer.

Note that you could setup alerts in the Market Analyzer as well.

It will include the option of highlighting a row when data in the row is changed.

This is an absolute necessity and I request to reconsider the possibility of incorporation.

MA has the facility to change color of a cell whenever the set conditions are met and the alert color status continues as long as the conditions are true.

When we are updating the alerts at say every 5 minutes (on bar close) on a large list of instruments, it is humanly impossible to distinguish between alerts that are recently added and the other old alerts.

If the corresponding cell flashes a few times toggling between the color set for the alert and default color, before steady glowing, it helps a lot.

As far as feasibility is concerned, this can be considered to be similar to the audio alert, which runs the file only once and silences waiting for the next alert.

Request to have a fresh look into the possibility.

Please note that you can view all alerts in the Alert window. It will timestamp them as well.
