Esignal login failed

    Esignal login failed

    Good morning all . I reinstalled NT and reconnected my esignal account and get the message ....

    Login failed : Most likely you do not have installed the recommended version of eSignal . Please download from NT.com
    Exception ; could not find a part of the path 'C:\documents and settings\User

    I reconnected and same thing . I havent had any problem with esignal up until now and was just connected today . Thanks in advance for the help with this issue .

    starrynight, I would suggest the following here -

    1. Remove the eSignal account connection in NT

    2. Repair / Compact the database under Tools > Options > Misc

    3. Reinstall eSignal latest version from their homepage fresh

    4. Resetup eSignal account connection in NT per this guide -



    5. Then please recheck if you can connect as expected.

      If Im only using esignal data do I need to remove and reinstall the data manager ?

        Yes, please remove the existing data manager then, and install the newest release from here - http://www.esignal.com/products/download.aspx

        This would be only one download then for the complete application (used to be split up before).

          OK , I removed and reinstalled esignal then tried to connect NT to it and the same message appears .

            starrynight, thanks for attaching those files - we saw you're on an outdated 6.5 release, please upgrade to our latest 6.5.1000.14 via Help > Download Site and then retry the eSignal connection.
