Can't connect to Gain

My account is a ninjatrader account, but no matter what options I select, either the suggested ones or any other combination, it never connects. It gives the error message "Authentication problem, Do I know you? Perhaps we've not been introduced." And yes my account number and password are typed in correctly, I've done it over and over again probably two dozen times now, restarting ninjatrader, computer, etc

dpappyp, which option did you select for where your account is being held at in the Account connection setup for Gain? This will have to be either Gain_UK or Gain_USA depending on where you're account resides.
