not able to add SPY

I tried to add SPY as secondary series, get an error message: Add() method with an invalid instrument. Either 'SPY' does not exist in the Instrument Manager or the specified exchange has not been configured.

SPY exist in my intrument manager and I can open the Chart of SPY, exchange was configured as arca, I changed it to NYSE and AMEX, neither works. Thanks.

Stephen, this is for NT7 correct?

Please try adding it as SPY ARCA, or SPY AMEX and then recheck.

We're also looking into a related issue at this time, where typing in the chart to change the symbol would not work as expected.
