    No historical data

    Hello,

    I have no historical data, reload historical data is grey!

    I have already tried the repair and reset db and restart and it whas back but the relaod historical data at start up took too long time. It is like it is frozen.
    I am using zenfire

    What can I do to resolv this problem?

    Please help...

    Thank you for your post.

    Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting?

    If so, which version of NinjaTrader are you running? To check, click Help > About.

    If you are not running version 6.5.1000.14, please upgrade to it via the following link and let me know if the issue persists.

      yes I have tried to reconnect, retart etc.. and the version is 6.5.1000.14

      My charts ar frozen when i am connected and the reload historical data box is always on

      When I am connected the reload historical data box is always on. It is like the charts ar frozen.

      What is wrong?

        Thank you for your reply.

        Please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) and add a new chart there within. Do you see the same issue here?

        If so, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:

        1.) A link to this forum thread.

        2.) Your most current trace file.
        You will find the trace file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

          Yes the same issue here too.
          Some times a can get historical data and other times not.

          Please I want this to be resolved!
