Chart Trading Issue

I use Interactive Brokers. I entered a trade monday for a stock. I was testing some new features. It was a small order. I forgot to enter a stop. I went to the TWS platform and tried to enter a trail stop. I thought it entered because it showed on the order management screen. I did not check the pending screen. It did not enter. I contacted IB. I took some presets off and I can now enter a trail on the TWS platform. I canceled the trail stop so I could now enter a stop on the NT chart.

Here is the problem. I go to NT. Create a chart. Use the stock as the instrument. Go live. It shows the chevron with the buy location. If I right click to place an order, there are no order entrys on the drop down menu. If I use the same chart, enter a different instrument. Right click to enter an order, the order entries come up in the drop down menu.

What is the problem?
