Loading Charts

I use Interactive Brokers. This morning I started having problems with the charts. I have always received a warning from IB that I was over on the amount of data. It never stopped loading charts completely. Now it brings up the chart but it will stop loading chart values on the chart say at 12:00. I appear to be still getting data but it is not updating the candles.

I really need some help. It is starting to make me wonder if the program is working correctly.

I was grabbing EUR.USD data without issue today using IB on two different accounts. VIX Data did not match up with ESignal feed (QCharts), so not sure if there weren't some issues today.

I'm sure I am not requesting data amounts you are.

I contacted them early this morning. The position sizes on the order management screen were misreporting the account values. They had it fixed by noon.

Thank you for your post.

Please close all workspaces and then attempt to chart one instrument at a time. Click File > Workspace > Close Workspace

Then click File > New > Chart to open a new chart.
