Flat a position on a market

Hello,

I am using the automation trading on Ninja. When i was on a position and i want to FLAT that position, so i open the SuperDOM and click on the "Close" button to flat that position. But it won't FLAT that position.

So can anyone show me how to FLAT a position. Not to Flat all the position on other markets.

Same Problem... sorta

We have the same problem sort of... we have a SuperDOM that came up this morning with 349 contracts long (Simulator... of course) and nothing will close it out.
The message we get is: "Order has exceeded available account equity, please reduce order size affective order: Sell 349 Market"

Hi,

Can you right click in the DOM and then select 'Flatten Everything'.

As for the Sim account, you can reset this as well. Go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab and then reset to clear out all your trade history for the Sim account.
