I've followed the installation instructions for V6 but when I activate the strategy in TS, it locks the entire program and I have to restart the computer to fix. Any ideas why this might be happening? I recently installed v6 and notice that v5 is still on the computer. Could there be "parts" of v5 that need to be removed?

What do you mean by "when I activate the strategy in TS"? Which strategy do you activate on TS as it locks up. -
Please try this:
- terminate NT and TS
- uninstall NT5 and NT6 via control panel (DB and all settings will be persisted)
- scan your harddrive for any occurance of NTDirect.dll and remove them
- reinstall NT6 only
