Tick-Size-Settings for IB

Good morning


I´m using IB-Data and actual version of NT and I have a problem with the correct Tick-Size-Settings for f.e. EURUSD. So, i have changed to Half Pip in Tools > Options > Misc, but i still see the chart and "data box" with 0.0001 ticks and not with 0.00005 ticks like IB.

Could you help me, please?

I have tested this on my end and was able to receive data within my EURUSD chart with a current price of 1.4294'5.

Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader you currently have installed by going to Help-->About. If you do not have NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.14 installed please upgrade at the link I have provided below.

Next please install IB Standalone TWS 898 at the link I have provided below.

thanks for your quick reply,

my version is 6.5.1000.8. When i have updated my version, how i must set it to to receive data with format 1.XXXX,5 in EURUSD chart?. Must i change the tick size in Instrument Manager or only to change to "Half Pip" in Options (Misc.)?

You will only need to make the change within the Misc tab of the Options window.
