color values

How do I color the values for example:

if the instrument is UP the value is color Green
if the insturment is DOWN the value color is Red

Unfortunately you can only use a fixed numeric value in the condition.

[velocity]

That is pretty lmited. Maybe you could put this on your suggestion list.
