Charting problem with IB

Hi, I'm using IB for charting. Somehow I can't get CL and CAC40 on NT.
I see them fine on IB charts though.
Any help?

Thank you for your post.

As per the CL contract. Please remove from your Default Instrument List, select the instrument and choose 'Edit'.

Change the Exchange from Globex to Nymex and then re-add to your Default Instrument list.

As per the CAC40, please remove from your Default Instrument List, select the instrument and choose 'Edit'.

Ensure that you have selected the correct exchange, this would be Monep by default.

Also, ensure that you are selecting the correct expiry month 07-07.
