set s/e time of multi-hour bar

hi, is it possible to set the start/end time of a 3, 4 etc hour price bar ?

Hello tradr,

Unfortunately this is not supported.

However, you can set the start and end times of a session in the chart properties. Double click the chart and set the session begin and end times to your liking.

Hi, was just wondering with the changing of the session begin and end times on the chart, if there was a way for this to affect all charts instead of just the one.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

This could be accomplished through chart templates although it is somewhat of a manual process.

After configuring the settings as you would like, right click in the chart and select Templates > Save As Default.

Next, right click in the charts that you wish to apply these settings to and click Templates > Load Template > Default.
