eurex connection through TT

I have a TT connection through my broker and NT connects and I can place trades in us markets but for eurex I always have to call and get them to log me in manually. Is this a known issue? There are no error messages in my NT log.

This is not an issue with NinjaTrader but likely how your broker's back office is configured.

Well if there is no issue would it be possible for someone to contact them and try to get it resolved. I spoke with them several times and they were not able to figure it out.

If my memory serves me correctly, there is nothing that can be done. I do know who you are referring to and when we investigated this before, it was determined that this was how things were set up.
