It is possible customise Ninjatrader grid lines like in the picture showing?

Yes, please double click the chart to open up the properties menu.
Configure 'Vertical grid lines' under Grid lines to your liking.

You can open the properties menu by right clicking the chart and select 'Properties' in NinjaTrader 7. Subsequently, you can configure the vertical grid lines to your liking.
