live trading entry position not showing

Help! I trade with the dom and on chart trading and when I enter a position through the dom and get filled it doesn't show on the charts. Yes all charts and dom are set to the same account.
Help.

Two birds with one stone. I have exactly the same problem and was about to post a question.

The trades in sim work fine but trades in live are not showing. furthermore I cannot place an exit order as it says i cannot place another order till last one is filled. Only wayto get out was to flatten everything

agree with you stinger, its real bizarre. It has been working fine and all of a sudded decided to play up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, will try blowing away the db and report back but really reluctant to take live trades without the feedback though.

ps I dont use chart trader so its not enabled.

Hello guys,

Can you please check what version you have installed at Help-->About. Make sure you have version 6.5.1000.14.

Unfortunately, Zen-Fire + 03-10 expiries + older versions of NinjaTrader result in the issue you report.

Older NinjaTrader versions will receive an execution update from Zen-Fire that lists the expiry as 03-00, while a 03-10 order is submitted from NinjaTrader.

So there is no position listed in NinjaTrader as per the 03-10 expiry, since we receive execution and position updates for the 03-00 (year 2000) expiry.

This is resolved in the latest version; NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.14.
