Login failed?

Hi there,

Could someone explain what I need to do in order to fix this error:

"Login failed: There can only run one external adapter instance at a time"?

It happens when I try and connect my external data feed to Ninjatrader.

Hello,

It is likely that your external data source does not work with NT. You can use these data sources:

My data feed has previously connected fine to Ninjatrader. I think I have found the problem; when I run a strategy and it leaves orders open, after I have closed and then re-opened it I get the error mentioned above. However, I am on 'for advanced charting only' and the external data feed has no execution connectivity and is only for charting.

If you could assist with this matter it would be great!
