eSignal Login failed

    eSignal Login failed

    When trying to start NT, I get unable to log into news server. I removed News Server and then tried again, and it says unable to log into International server. This continues until there are no servers left.

    Hi,

    Can you please do the following and see if that corrects your issue:
    - Remove your account connection
    - Exit and restart NinjaTrader
    - Recreate your account connection
    - Check in the eSignal data manager if you have the same login credentials entered
    - Connect

    If that doesn't work, please send an email referring to this post to support at ninjatrader dot com with your username and password so we can test the connection on our end.
