exception caught: Item has already been added

from my log:

Cbi.MarketData.StartNow: exception caught: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: 'ESH0' Key being added: 'ESH0'

I remove, added, remove, added this contract, then all others...and the story repeats.
ES03-10 works fine on SIM, but on real account it does not.

How was this resolved ? My experience was was exactly the same, except I reset my instruments to set all default instruments to their default state, rather than as Kowal did : "remove, added, remove, added this contract, then all others".

Hi,

I just upgraded NT from 6.5.1000.13 to 14. That was it.
