Financial Algorithms TPO chart license

I have paid for http://www.fin-alg.com/index.html TPO and volume profile chart several days ago and still have not received my license key or any sort of confirmation email. I have sent several follow up emails with no reply as well. I see fin-alg is an affiliate of NT and hope someone here can advise on the companies current status or my best course of action.

To clarify: fin-alg is not an affiliate of NT (as is non of the NinjaScript certified consultants).

Still no reply. I have sent more emails. What the heck is going on with my $249 paid subscription? I researched this company here before purchasing and thought they are supposed to be legit.

I sent a support mail. No reply yet. At this point it makes no sense to speculate. However here are some facts:
- it's almost christmas. Some people feel they should take a few days off
- in the past all fin-alg business was quality work and performed in time
