Multiple Orders not wanted

I used the chart trader today and placed an order to buy 1 = 1/10 on MB Trader.
I was entering the trade within Bar Charts...
Pressed order to buy the bid, and it placed 131 orders before I could stop it.
I checked the trader , it was marked 1 contract in Forex...
Perhaps someone could explain this to me ?
