not showing 2010

Hi,
I'm testing NT with a demo account from PFG, I had no problems with 2009 futures but now , when I try to plot a 2010 chart , after trying to load data, it does not show anything in the chart. The same happens if I choose a 2010 symbol to place an order, no prices come through. I tried to login with the same account specs into the PFG platform and there I have no problems. What's even more astonishing that a friend of mine tried the same on his computer with my login and there it seemed to work properly. May this depend on any particular setting I may have wrong? In the instrument manager I added to the default list all the march 2010 futures I'm trying to work with.
