Using Reuters Datalink data

I know that it is possible to import data as .txt files, but I would like to know if it is possible to import Reuters datalink files without having to first convert them to .txt files.

The reason that I ask is that I have a huge amount of historical data in Reuters datalink and an account with them which covers a large amount of instruments. The thought of converting all of this to .txt files on a daily basis is not a nice one.

Any help that you can give me on this would be much appreciated.

i have not used Reuters Datalink but have managed feed NinjaTrader with QuoteCenter data in Real time

Hopefully a connection between Reuters Datalink and NT can also be done.

Currently NinjaTrader only accepts imported data in text format.

Thanks for sharing a link to that program, Bukkan. I'm not aware if something similar is offered for Reuters datalink files.

The link looks very interesting. I will have a further investigation over the next couple of days, but it does look like the software will do what I want both for and End of day system and in real time.
