Broker not recognizing ATM strategie properly

Today I decided to trade in some new markets for me, and since it's contract rollover I loaded the new symbols for 03-10 into the instrument manager. I'm able to place ATM orders on the charts just fine for Securities that I've already been trading. BUt when I go to place an oder using Chart Trader on some other sec.'s like the 6B,6A,6C i get an error message saying "Order rejected for reason. Security is not enabled Affected Order." My broker is MBT and when I look at my navigator it's showing that I'm trying to place an order for /HO. WHich it should say /6BHO or /6AHO. So for some reason there's a disconect and it's not getting the order for the acutal symbol. It thinks I'm making a mistake or entereing in the wrong symbol even though I'm trying to do this threw Chart trader. But wha't weird though is I can enter in orders just fine with my Navigator. So I know it's not my broker and something to do with the NT Chart Trader.

Can you please send your log and trace files to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that I can review those regarding the order rejections.

Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2009xxxx.txt
Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2009xxxx.txt
