How to restore missing data in range chart

Hello,

I am using a range chart with IB as a data provider. This morning I lost the api connection and lost data for several hours and I am not sure how I can restore the data. I tried restarting both apps, ninja and TWS, but for whatever reason, the range chart is not loading the historical data for the missing period. Is this a expected behavior? I thought IB provides 1-2 days of historical tick data...

Please let me know how I can restore the missing data.

Thank you for your note.

Unfortunately, Interactive Brokers does not provide historical data in tick intervals.
In order to reload this data, you would need to connect to another provider.
