Importing Stock Symbols

hello,

I wish to import old futures data (earlier than 2003)... first i know the symbol must be in the Instrument Manager right, so i have tried Import Stock Symbols to the Instrument Manager, but the symbols will not import when typed in the required style - i.e. FDAX 03-99, FDAX 03-00

this will not work for some reason.

I have read/followed the help guide.

Hello Steven,

Unfortunately it will only support stock symbols and not futures contracts.

You will need to add the instruments in the Instrument Manager.

Please close NinjaTrader and set your PC clock to 2003. Start NinjaTrader and add the instruments you like in the Instrument Manager.

Once finished, please close NinjaTrader and set back your clock to the current date.
