After StopLoss wait one bar to enter

I tried searching around but I couldn't seem to find what I need.

After a stop loss I would like to have my strat wait 1 bar before entering again.
Something like as part of the entry criteria. Does anyone have that?

It's a trend reversal trade strategy but when the market is trending I get destroyed.

You can try using BarsSinceExit() in your conditions.

I assumed it was barsinceexit... the rest is the problem

Yes. You want it to be greater than 1.
