hung up after entering Live license

    hung up after entering Live license

    I entered Live license and restarted, then hung up . I have killed and restarted, still the same. I had unchecked box "always start in simulation mode" before restarted and entered this license

    after restarted NT twice, now, I could login in Live/simulated trading.

    I have configured IB connection and API settings per
    http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_interactivebrokers.htm

    I don't see IB acct in strategy properties in the chart and also can't see IB acct "orders" tab.

      Do you see your universal account listed in the Accounts section of the Control Center while being connected live to IB?

      Then please make sure 'Global Sim Mode' is unchecked in the File menu, so you're able to access the live account from the strategy properties / order entry windows.
