Depth of market for Futures but not Currencies

Hello

In my SuperDOM window, I have full depth of market for all my futures contracts, but only 1 level for currencies.
I can see the depth in the Level II window, any thoughts why SuperDOM doesn't show it?

(I have already reset / repaired / closed down etc)
(I use IB and can see depth of market for currencies through their DOM window)

Unfortunately 5 levels of market depth in the SuperDOM is only supported for futures instruments.
