Backing up custom indicators and strategies?

Is there a simple way to back up my custom indicators and strategies? Are they located in a folder that I can just copy to another location? Thanks.

Also, how do I back up my chart templates? Thanks.

- custom indicators are located in <my documents>/NinjaTrader6/bin/Custom/Indicator
- custom strategies are located in <my documents>/NinjaTrader6/bin/Custom/Strategy
- chart templates are located in <my documents>/NinjaTrader6/templates/chart

Thanks. What do you recommend as the best way to back up NT? Should I save a copy of the entire <my documents>/NinjaTrader6/ directory and subdirectories or should I just save selected items?
