How to make sure I do not delete Instrument List when Reinstalling Ninjatrader

This week I reinstalled Ninjatrader as I was having issues with Market Replay function. I followed instructions to uninstall program and then delete the folder Ninjatrader 6.5 under My Documents.

After I did this I realized that even though I saved my workspace, etc, I lost ALL my symbol mapping for IQFeed and the list of symbols I had under the Default Instrument list.

Is there a way to SAVE my Instrument List and symbol mapping to Iqfeed or a way to prevent me from loosing this?

I would surely appreciate your help

If, for any reason, you needed to reinstall in the future you could easily restore your settings using the procedure outlined here: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ABackupArchive

So I need to select Database in the Ninjatrader Backup selection in order to save the Instrument Default list and the symbols that I customize for use with Iqfeed?
