AutoTrail Error

I have a 3 step autotrail strategy setup with the following settings.

step 1: stop 2, freq 1, trigger 3
step2: stop 3, freq 1, trigger 5
step3: stop 4, freq 1, trigger 8

And I get the following error when it triggers step 1.

Unable to modify order '31732714' : GAIN Error [6] "Order rate must be within 1 - 1000 points"

Could someone explain this to me?

Sorry, I don't know what this native GAIN error means. I suggest contacting GAIN and asking for further information on that particular order.

Make sure you are using Parameter Type "Ticks". Right click in the order entry interface you are using and set this parameter. I suspect you are using either price or percent which is causing the order to be modified to a price that is outside a rate value of 1 or 1000.

Trail Error

I have it set to Ticks. This error doesn't come up all the time. Seems like it may be certain currencies. I'll keep trying and I'll also contact GAIN. Thanks for the help.
