unable to see GAIN as a connection

Hi,

I have been using gain as a connection provider for forex charts. However suddenly mt NT platform crashed and now I don't see GAIN as a connection option. When I try to add a new connection, I don't see GAIN as an option.

The only options I am seeing are -
Barchart
esignal
IQFeed
OpenTick
Yahoo

When I startup the platform I get a message "Failedto verify licence. Please try again in a few minutes". and then the platform starts up.

I just checked the licence and there is no licence key in the platform. Instead there is a message "NinjaTrader licence servers could not be reached. Please enter your back door code here".

Please help!!
