Esignal with Zenfire plugin (partner broker)

Hello,

I hope I have the correct part of the forum. Please forgive me if not. I also searched to try and find the answer to my issue, but could not do so.

My broker has a partnership with Esignal and has offered to waive exhcange fees to use esignal with the Zenfire connection. I am supposed to use a Zenfire plugin with esignal. When I enter my Zenfire Name and Password it tells me it is invalid. I do have a license for Ninja but it is a single broker license. Should the Ninja license make any difference? I would think its the Zenfire connection that matters. Any help is appreciated.

Could it be this connection is not supported in NinjaTrader? Did your broker inform this connection should work in our software?

The license should not be related.

I suggest to contact your broker for more clarification and check if they can connect on their end in our software.
