charting - Global Cursor not working

I assume that the Global Cursor is supposed to show a vertical line on all open charts for the same time point. If that is true, my Global Cursor is not working. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

Thank you for your post.

I connected to my datafeed and opened a 1 minute and 3 minute chart of the Russell. Please ensure that you change the cursor to a 'Global Cross Hair' on both charts. Then, it will work as expected.

Also: Global crosshair only works for "related" points in time, meaning:
- chart A shows 2007-06-01, chart B shows 2007-06-01 -> global crosshair will work
- chart A shows 2007-05-31, chart B shows 2007-06-01 -> global crosshair will not work, since x-axis can't be "synced"
