I have created a 2nd Sim Account--and it shows up in the list of accounts-but the chart trader window's "Account" selection is greyed out and I can not change the Sim account (it defaults to SIM101)---I am using the full version (not a free trial)---is there another place I have to enable this feature?

Thank you for your post.
If you are currently using a Live NinjaTrader license key please go to the File menu in the control center and uncheck "Global Simulation Mode".
Now when you open up an order entry window you should be able to toggle between your Live account and other Sim accounts.
