Placing Stop Orders on Static SuperDOM

I cannot place any stop orders on the DOM, whether for initial entry or position protection. I use a Microsoft IntelliMouse and within its Properties window, there is no "Click" command offered for assignment to the Scroll Wheel. My choices for that button are either "right click" or "double click". I can assign the "click" command to a large thumb button, but it still does not allow placing a stop order, while holding down the Ctrl key. I am not using any ATM strategy - just wanting simple order placement. Please advise on how to proceed.

    Hello crankit,

You will need to set a mouse button to act as a middle mouse button. So when you click that button is will act as a middle mouse click.

If this is not supported, I suggest to use a different mouse.
