Negative Stop Limit order

eg Sell StopLimit @ 5776 x 5776.5

I can do this with chart trader but if I try and place the order via oif it rejects saying the limit can't be greater than the stop.

I assume it's because the order is a simulated type order ( ie not sent to the exchange but residing on my computer).

Is there any way to do this programmatically?

Unfortunately this is not supported per default, you would need to program the sending of the correct orders at the appropriate time yourself in the code.

It's doable via custom coding, but unfortunately not via a readymade, supported overload.
