screenshots

Today for the first time, my screenshots dont save as jpeg or bmp--i tried both. There has never been a problem before. Is it my pc or a ninja defect today?
They save, but its not with an icon that opens unless i do it in paint which i dont want.
I tried shutting ninja down and reloading it.

Do you receive an error when you attempt to save as a JPG or BMP file?
Have you made any changes to your PC outside of NinjaTrader?
What version of NinjaTrader are you using, which you can find by going to Help-->About.

no error message, it saved but no useable extension. I reloaded and reconnected just now again and now its ok.
for the record, my version is 6.5.1000.14
