Can not edit Gann Fan ?

I can place it on a chart , but I can't left click and high light it as it were to
move it or edit the settings . The only way to get off the chart is use the remove drawing object option . Using NT 6.5 xxx 11 . ???

Never mind , it started working for some reason .
